Disappointing experience with this garage. Took my car in for a fuel pump replacement (note: pre booked appointment already, mentioned car details and work required too) but was shocked to find out they didn’t have basic tools required for the work. I would not recommend this garage to anyone because of lack of basic tools and unprofessionalism.

Good garage and friendly staffs with reasonable service charges. Had an oil / ATF change with ATF sump reset + filter change. Will visit again and suggest to my friends.

I had given my car for some maintenance work in Jan 2024 and here is my feedback. Don't fall for their google reviews like i did, they are probably all fake from friends and family. Here is my feedback below - They have no knowledge of car parts. They made me order extra which were not required at all. (i couldn't return the parts because dealer doesn't accept returns) - They don't know how to fix the car bumper properly. The returned the car with misaligned bumper from two sides (under the right headlight + height difference from bonnet) - The car was returned with 20-25+ minor scratches on the left fender. Concerned person didn't care to respond to it. - Committed to one price on the call when i enquired and billed me different at the end. Disagreed to committing to the price. - Vehicle not delivered on time twice in-spite of asking them to inform me in case of delay. - Communication is a challenge. They barely respond to calls and message when the car is in the garage. Leave you on blue ticks on WhatsApp and won't answer your calls. No updates on progress, hence the sloppy work at the end. - Dirty car returned with marks and handprints all over all - Used parts left on the backseat (could have left it in the trunk at least instead of the leather seats) - They couldn't replace the seat belt fully. They didn't connect it fully with the car electric system - Clearly, the mechanics and manager overall seem untrained and unprofessional. They don't have basic knowledge and experience of even handling simple tasks.
