Their wheel alignment service is equally impressive – I really appreciate their honesty in letting me know when an alignment isn't necessary, saving me time and money. I've also had them perform AC tests, and their thoroughness gives me peace of mind knowing my car is in good hands. I called to ask about tyres for my car. I gave tyre specs to the lady on the phone. She gave me price of the four tyres.
Then I asked if they deal with Fazaa card. She said: "I already gave you Fazaa price". When I asked her how she knew I have Fazaa she said: "I asked you and you told me you have it".
She did not ask me before I mentioned Fazaa.
She sounded like she wanted to avoid the discount by putting me under some impressions.
I'd rather consider some other service center who gives straight and transparent dealing.
My experience the worst service center in Al Ain. For a service they charge me 20% extra comparing to other guarrages. I was forced to wait there for 2 hours.
The staff there won't consider you. Even they are not willing to explain you the problem.. They will just simply roam with their cigarettes and talk in between..
If you have enough time to waste your money and time better choose this guarrage.
The service was excellent, and the customer servers, particularly Mr. Mohammad and Mr. George, were very professional. They took great care of us during the tire replacement.

جبت السياره عندهم سليمه مافيها شي راحو وخربولي السياره بعدها قالولي تعال وشل سيارتك في ونش وديها على الكراج بعد ماخرب الواشر البرغي حق الكرنكيس
وخدمتهم جدا جدا غاليه مبالغين في اسعارهم من السوق
معاملة سيئة ، عدم المصداقية ، انتظرت اكثر من ساعتين لتبدين الآيل فقط .
