Trek Bicycle Store - Al Qudra

A month into my new speedconcept TT bike and very pleased with the service from the whole team at Trek. Hood provided excellent sales service. Nour built and configured the bike perfectly and Boonrit showed great experience providing subtle and effective tweaks in my fitting a couple of weeks later. Thanks all 🙏

I am very disappointed. I booked to rent a bike 2 weeks ago (7-10AM) and the day before they told me there was a race on the track and I had to postpone. So I did. Today at 6.40 they call us saying there was another race and from 7 we couldn't use the track. So we arrived at the shop and the only option they gave us ("if not police will chase you!") was to do the "stick": the 20km from Al Qudra to Dubai and 20 back. We did that, back and forth, while we saw hundreds of other people with their own bikes that went wherever they wanted. I am not saying it is the guys fault, but as you can imagine I am not impressed.

I bought a bicycle here and today got back for some tune up and cleaning. I must register my kind regards to Mr Sayed and his team for his dedicated service and support. He got not only the expertise but also charisma which add a lot to me as his costumer. Keep the good work Guys congratulations to all !!

I visited the shop to check and try the road bike carbon but the assistant name Edmund was very unpleasant. He wouldn't let me try it,insisted me to try the newbie ones. He didn't know that I was a biker. Before rejecting someone to try on your bike you must ask the level experience not by rejecting immediately. Very judgemental

I’ve just texted the watsapp umber telling the exact details of number of people, duration, hight and age of the riders etc. however I was forwarded to the online booking platform. I am a person with no experience in cycling and I wanted to try with my eldest son, due to the variety of bikes on the market and available to rent online I was not able to make a selection. My drive for cycling was put to the bin very quickly, but nothing to worry there are plenty of sports and companies out there more accommodating than Trek. All the best guys, may the roads always be wide for you!!!

In the early days, there used to be a guy called Steven (or Stephen) running the place (2013 to 2015 perhaps) and going there was amazing. But the later management placed new people and everything went down in terms of any touchpoint or experience due to rapidly gone wrong customer service. I have seen the service staff cursing and shouting at customers, provoking and agitating customers. I cant definitely trust these guys with anything if their cycle breaks down during the loop. My last experience with them was now somewhere around 2019, and i never went back. I hope things are better. But if you see poor customer service, write a review, just dont engage with them.

Syed did an amazing job looking after my bike making it look brand new. Folks in the store were super helpful and friendly . A small selection of bikes and accessories are available to purchase.

The best time to come is at 6 am . The weather is fresh and clean . Cool air in the morning 🌄. If you don't have a bicycle . You can hire, prices range between 80-180 per hour . Depending on the model.

We had a great experience booking bikes for 2 hours. It's a highly recommended experience (when the weather is good ofcourse)
