In fact, The place and arrangements are perfect 10/10 The waiting area is five star The prices is slightly expensive in comparison of surrounded car washs The staffs are not equalified and not organized. If I didn't look to my car in myself I Will not get good wash (poor drying, don't know how to clean)

Worst worst worst services ever!! If you are reading this review, here’s my detailed experience with them! I went to them for car wash and a small scratch removal.. instead of removing the scratch they broke my windshield. No matter how much I tried to contact the owner, she didn’t bother to speak to me or resolve the issue. I waited for 6 hours, filed a complaint and nothing helped.. I got a compensation of 450 AED and the cost for repair is around 2000 AED. It is a super cheap place with the worst service ever. Their staff is completely unapologetic and the owner is totally irresponsible so in case you go to them, you’re stuck and there’s no apology or repair. If you care about your vehicle don’t try this place.
