Fast in dealing and contacting, although I had to deal with about 4 different people till they collected the tablets!!
Unfortunately, they couldn't fix small issues in my kids' tablets, and no explanation why!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during a recent battery replacement for my phone.

When I initially brought my device in for a new battery, I was assured that the replacement would be an original, high-quality battery. However, shortly after the replacement, I noticed that the battery began to swell, causing significant concern for both the safety of my device and personal safety. This issue clearly indicates that the battery provided was not of the original quality as promised.

Furthermore, I have attempted to reach out to your team several times since the issue began, but I have not received any response or assistance in addressing the matter. This lack of communication is frustrating and unacceptable, especially given the potential hazard that a swollen battery presents.

I had a terrible experience with this service center. I gave them my MacBook Pro for repair as it was working with an external monitor but had some issues. They said it was a motherboard problem and would take time to diagnose. After almost two months, they told me the motherboard was dead and charged me more then 1800 AED for the replacement.

When I got my MacBook back, I noticed the touch bar was not working. Upon reporting it, they said it would cost an additional 600–700 AED to fix. This is highly unprofessional! They didn’t return my old motherboard either, claiming it was sent to the Apple store. Why would Apple ask for the old motherboard when replacing it with a new one?

Their lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. They take too long, overcharge, and provide no clear answers. I wouldn’t trust them with any device. Beware of their service!

I recently had my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen repaired and I am happy with the results. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the replacement screen is excellent. I recently had the unfortunate experience of getting my iPhone serviced, and I must say, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

Firstly, the staff seemed completely disinterested in helping me. Despite booking an appointment, I had to wait over an hour before anyone even acknowledged my presence. The customer service representatives were not only slow but also quite rude. They seemed annoyed by my questions and were unable to provide clear answers about the issues my iPhone was facing.

The technician who eventually looked at my phone seemed inexperienced. They took an exceptionally long time to diagnose the problem, only to give me a vague explanation that didn't make much sense. I felt like they were just trying to upsell me unnecessary repairs and services rather than genuinely helping to fix the issue.

When I finally got my phone back, not only was the original problem not fixed, but a new issue had arisen. The screen had a strange flicker that wasn’t there before. When I returned to address this new problem, I was met with even more unhelpfulness and a refusal to acknowledge that the issue was caused during the service.

Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and ineffective service have left me with no confidence in this service center. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable iPhone repairs.

I wish I read the reviews before choosing them. They are a total scam, initially repaired my laptop, charged me a lot. Gave me 1 yr. Warranty, the problem occurred again within 2 months. They kept my device this time for 5 days, leading me on with lies. could not get an update and finally they came up with new problems for which they ask me to pay a large amount of money. Problems that are non existent or they have created.
They are a total nightmare, stay away. Not worth the aggravation. They will be reported to consumer affairs to protect the public from their scam

These guys are professionals! This is my third time getting their services and I can say I’m satisfied with the quality and the customer care in general. They have a pick and drop service so you don’t have to leave your home or office or worry about your busy schedule. They’ll pick your “sick or dead” device and return it “alive and kicking”! I give them 5 stars ⭐️. Highly recommended!

Total Care Mobile came to my home to replace my Iphone 11 Screen. The techinician arrived right on time, was super professional, and completed the screen replacement quickly and efficiently.
