Really the worst Has anyone else been scammed by Tools Man like I have? When you request a repair, they fix it only to work for a limited time before it breaks down again or they cause another issue. This keeps you in constant need of their services to fix things around the house. Their warranty on parts doesn’t cover the defects, so I end up having to replace the same part three or four times a year. Furthermore, their prices are exorbitant, and the annual contracts do not cover the necessary home repairs. The most common issues in the Al Reef community are with the AC and water pump. If you’ve faced similar issues, please report to consumer protection by calling Ministry of Economy at 80012222 as I did so they can be investigated.
The worst service ever disaster their employees far of from fixing issues call agent center very very rude all company care about is money they will tell you issue fixed after few days they come ask to be charged again I had to deal with them as Al Reef forced us to do so. Please avoid dealing with them
Very bad service from toolsman. My ac is not working for one month. They come thrice to my apartment in al reef building 6. Charged me nearly 500 in total so far and still nor working after 3 visits. Poor service and poor management. Today is 26th aug23 and I don't even see them replying here. I don't think they care for their reputation N
Very bad service. Contacted them for emergency service and no one is answering the call. I have to call them during their working hours and you have to wait for long time for someone to answer. Maintenance came to fix the water supply and said will come back for an hour for the water to be available. Waited 2 hours and have to contact them again. This kind of bad service cost me 400AED. Al Reef should change their maintenance company.
