I bought more than 20 computers from their company. I sent them a device for maintenance. They still have it for more than a month and it has not been repaired yet. Every employee throws the problem at another employee. They do not have credibility and their after-sales service is very, very bad. I will not buy from them again and I will file a complaint against them.

The most unprofessional salesman I have dealt with to date, who tried to bait and switch an order, then cut the call when I queried why the item I ordered was listed in stock and then sold the next day before fulfilment of my order.

This is definitely the best place and customer service for computers and laptops in Dubai and probably the UAE. Harsh, Atit and their team were also super friendly and managed to fix my laptop in a quick and timely manner. Recommend them for sure.
