.............DON'T GET FOOLED............ THINK TWICE OR TRIPLE BEFORE BUY Worst service ever😡. Don't get fooled by the good reviews. I got fooled and lost money. I went from al ain to dubai to buy the cycle on the good reviews . Poor quality gears on cycle😠😡, We buy 3 cycles (1000dhs each)with 1 year warranty and free service they offered, we asked the warranty card they didnt provide and they have given their phone number to contact once it get damaged. The rear gear (shimano gears which they are claiming as original) bearings damaged within 20 km(all 3 cycles)gear slip and noise (does the original shimano gears damaged within low mileage for all the three cycles🙄),. Original shimano gears lasting long time. Im using shimano gear cycle in india for 2 years. Given for repair they asking high price. No warranty. And they told don't comeback for repairs (rude staff. Bad dealings). Only one cycle we Repaired there. Other two cycle we didn't Repair. Any body need to see the complaint I can provide the video.The gear for one cycle completely slipping. Cannot ride.Such a worst service low quality. Don't buy from here. Cheating their customers.They will give 100 things by word when you buy the product. Once you buy, you can have the other faces of the guys. Remember...Don't get fooled.

very good experience with shard bikes. Got my cycling bike from this shop. All i can say is that it has been a wonderful experience riding it. I have been going for long run endurance events and the experience riding with this sports bike has been exceptional. Secondly , I also installed bike rack in my car through this shop. The salespeople have been well understanding and supportive. From price point of view , Prices are quite affordable !!
Very very bad experience from them. I Bought a electric scooter from the shird bike store in dragonmart 4 months back. Suddenly battery drained completely. I went there to fix it. They said that there is no warranty for battery and it have to be paid. I paid 170 for replacing battery within 4 months of buying. While fixing the battery, there was a screw which was not opening from downwards. They opened it with the help of hammer which broke the handle part. Upon requesting them to fix they said that it on corner. Ignore it. Very unprofessional after sales service and also products are inferior quality. Very disappointing from them. I regret buying from them. I advice if u r buying a electric scooter buy from good store which comes with 1 year or at least 6 months warranty rather than buying from here. Total waste of money. When they sell they talk very beautifully but when it comes to after service they are not genuine. Please think twice from buying from them.
