Had our bikes serviced here about a week ago. Amazing staff, good merchandize. Mr. Mounir and Mr. Antonio are both very accommodating and friendly. Even gave us some tips to keep our bikes in good condition. Would definitely recommended them to our friends and to everyone.

I did a full service for my bike 250 which include break but when I Came to get the bike the break it wasn’t strong enough so I showed The technician about the problem and he said he will check And calibrate the brake but unfortunately he make it worst and then he said I need to replace it will cost me 400
I visited this bike shop more less a year ago to replace my bicycle chain. They charged me 185 AED for a new chain, which I thought was a fair price at the time. However, after only 500 kilometers of riding over the past year, I returned for maintenance, and they told me the chain was already too stretched and needed to be replaced again.
What’s disappointing is that they blamed me, claiming I had chosen the cheapest chain option. This was never explained to me during the initial replacement; I trusted their recommendation as professionals. If the chain they installed wasn’t durable enough for normal use, they should have informed me.
A chain should last longer than 500 kilometers, especially with proper care. I feel let down by the quality of the service and the lack of accountability. I expected better advice and better durability from a professional bike shop. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable, long-lasting solutions.
They didn’t even offer to replace it to repair the damage caused.

Just a caution:
Always take photos of your bike before submitting for service. I bought my bike from this place. Didnt use much. Brought here for service with NEW tyres. Upon return I was told one tyre has been cut somehow. I always parked in safe place. Paid to get it replaced but I am still in doubt. I did my due diligence. No way the bike got a cut on the tyre where it was parked.
The technician did mention on the call that there is a small issue. Upon asking he said when you will come we will show you. It’s minor. Well, the minor cost me 150 AED.
Anyone else faced the same issue?
Service staff are incompetent and goes by trial and error method. No knowledge or experience on handling Precision bikes. Beautiful tool kits in display but just uses screwdriver and pliers. Simple chain and gear cable change took 4 hours and still it was done wrongly and had to get it fixed elsewhere.
The gentleman in the shop took his time to explain different types of bikes. He was very helpful. He helped me to choose the best bike for me. I am really in love with my new bike.
Very expensive shop. They charged me around AED45 for changing the tyre tube. Won't recommend this shop to anyone.
