Highly unprofessional and rude, i contacted them for laptop repair after initial communication i called and messaged them many times but no response. They wasted my time, better try another repair shop. Rating may be high due to fake updates

I went today,to repair my laptop,when I was visited this store i didn’t checked price for all accessories from outside market I don’t have any idea of market price,whatever price they said I believed and I repaired it,but once when I was checked price from different different shops in same area I was shocked it was very cheaper price than that “Tera speed computer shop”fully Tera Speed computer cheated me they took all accessories more than double price from other different shops. Then when I come back to that shop to asked why they took double price in fact they didn’t clarify me about service charge also, there is one thin and tall guy staff too much rude attitude with high volume voice,arrogant with aggressive and makes arguments with me,why I didn’t check price from outside before I came here,I am a customer I never been experienced like that.It was very embarrassing and worst experience,will never suggest to anybody to go for this shops

The worst computer shop ever. I gave my laptop for MS office and anti virus installation. Since that day the virus attacked my laptop and the wifi keeps fluctuating. And they are not supportive at all.

This shop is not relliable. The staffs are talking non sense. Such as trashing the device then buying the devices their selling. Sometimes we really need to know how to accomodate your clients than talking senseless matters. Staff customer service is not good they will tell you that the item your looking is unavailable even you're seeing it in front of you!!! Very bad 👎 😕

Very bad experience they sell for me one battery not working after i complained they don't want to change it. Be careful while bying something from them.
