I bought a nvidia card on the website. Few days after I need to call to know the status and they don't have stock. Update your website and don't make customers to lose their time, let them know as soon as possible. Very unprofessional.
Mind Tech are the go to shop in Abu Dhabi for PC parts or complete builds. The prices are the best I could find and the guy who built my PC was great. Did a really neat job.

Not a good experience at all.
The service was really disappointing. The sellers didn’t help me at all and were very dry in their communication. I had a problem with my CPU cooler and spent 2 full months trying to get a solution—nothing was actually resolved.
Their timing and coordination were terrible. I was brought to the shop 3 different times after chatting with them on WhatsApp:
The first time, the manager told me to leave the PC.
The second time, they said there was stock (but there wasn’t).
The third time, we agreed on a specific replacement after I clearly said what I wanted—then they ignored the agreement, saying it’s not in stock again.
Instead of real support, they just offered me a downgrade. All my PC parts were brand new, and this issue started just 2 weeks in. After all that frustration, I decided to switch brands, and they didn’t even offer a small discount or show any care.
If I had a business, I’d rather lose money to gain a customer—because a happy customer brings more customers. I don’t think this place is a good choice and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Not answering on WhatsApp quickly / giving a price and then changing the price / the products are so expensive if any thing costs 400 aed in stores he sell it for 600 aed + tax
Really bad i've asked them to fix my laptop heating problem (they said they have fixed the problem but when i went back home my laptop started going off again i tried contacting them and they ignored me.
The best in the market. Service is 5 stars. Mr. Ahmed and his team do wonders. Gaming pc setup and fixing is 5 star. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.
Very poor service and rude staff. I sent them an inquiry and gave confirmation by Saturday at 5 PM, but they still haven’t responded. Earlier, they said the item was in stock, but after I confirmed, they stopped replying and showed a lot of attitude.
