1 day after they fixed my laptop it broke down also i was told a price and ended up paying smth else

Completely screwed up place , took twice as long, basically two days, to fix two phones, first time the job was so badly done that screen was not installed properly and glue sticking out everywhere, had to sent it back to fix again got it back later and was still quite poor quality work. The battery they use are fake one battery from beginning never shows full charge another stopped working after a day… find another place don’t waste money and time

Great service. I was very worried at first as my life is on my HP laptop and it stopped working. I was concerned it would be very expensive and I would lose my data. But the team were very quick to collect it and diagnose it and were clear in communication on works and cost and timelines. I got my laptop back in 24 hours with all the data and it works and looks like new. Super happy. I highly recommend the team.

Ibrahim was very supportive! The technicians have replaced battery on my Iphone in a very fast way and even without damaging the screen of it ( it was already cracked and another shop told me they cant guarantee that screen will survive after this)

Recently entrusted my laptop’s battery replacement to Techfix, and unfortunately a decision I regret. Battery still not charging as a new battery should and complete lack of customer service. Despite offering a 6 months warranty. If you value your time and money stay clear from this company as my experience is a textbook example of how not to run a repair service. Would not recommend

These guys fixed my pc when other companies I tried said it couldn’t be fixed. I cannot thank them enough for repairing my HP All In One pc without the loss of any data or installed apps. Don’t bother checking with anyone else. These guys are the best and saved me having to buy a new pc which would have cost more than the repair. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone facing issues with their devices. Thank you Techfix! 😊

They were very professional took a day to fix my laptop at a reasonable price. When I still had issues they took back and fixed it free of charge through Christmas and Boxing Day. Had a lovely experience with the couriers who picked it up and dropped it off.

This is my first time dealing with them and I fixed my MacBook Pro with them. The guys did not fall short in terms of repair, time and delivery. Their work is excellent and I will deal with them next time. Their price is not exaggerated, it is very acceptable. I wish them success and continued prosperity.

Totally unaccpetable on what you did in my laptop. Waited for more than 2 weeks and yet you havent fix the issue and worst of all you ruined my laptop. I just came from vacation, i just have the time to check what you did inside my laptop and to my surprise there are wires that has been cut. The only issue with my laptop is the power which has been clearly explained to you beforehand. 1st time you returned my laptop, still not working.i paid 150dhs for that poor service and asked you to collect again my laptop because of the back job. I waited 2 weeks , no feedback watsoever from your end. Still this is what i got from you. Thank you for refunding my 150dhs. You should rename your company from techfix to TECHUNFIX

I gave my consol for repair last friday and 1st of all they dont know how to talk if they tell u will let u know specific time and they will not reply if u ask them after that time they tell u IF U IN HURRY WE RETURN BACK i give them my concol in working condition its turn on but off after few min as they said its can't be repair this that and they return my consol its not turn in on at all and they not even reply thats rude (.my own opinion not recommend at all. ) still up to u if u wana try them
