Today we came to tasjeel khorfakan here the officer Mr Sultan Hamad help us with the vehicle transfer he is a very helpful person.
خدمه سئية وصلت الى الموظف الساعه 9:10 ورفض الموظف اجراء المعامله متعذرا بانتهاء وقت عمله علما ان المركز يغلق في الساعه 9:30 و طلب مني الحظور في يوم اخر.
رسالة إلى مدير الفرع : أول ما وصلت المركز كان اللاين طويل جدا لاحظة شخصا ينظر إلي من بعيد وقد لاحظ هذا الشخص أن التواير تحتاج تبديل وعندما أقبل إلي تم يمدح الموتر وقال ممشاه خفيف وبمشيك وفعلا عطاني تذكرة وعندما ذهبت للداخل تفاجأت بأنه رسب السيارة وهذا غير موظفة بالداخل قدمت شخص آخر علي ولاحظت الموظفين يفتقرون جدا لأسلوب التعامل.... أنا كزبون دايم لن أأتي أبدا إاى فرع خورفكان ولن أحضر أي موتر من مواتر إلي إلى المركز وسأخبر أهلي و أحبابي وجيراني والموظفين بالعمل بما حدث... الأسلوب المتبع يجب إعادة النظر فيه ستخسر ستخسر ستخسر زبائنك.....
موظفين غير مؤهلين نهائيا للعمل على خدمة المتعاملين سلوك سيئ جدا ويقوم الموظفون بالخلافات أمام المتعاملين يجب على الإدارة HR تغييرهم وفتح المجال لموظفين لهم خبرة او لهم رغبة بحق بالعمل بكل إخلاص ومحبة للناس
