BE CAREFUL!
I visited this place to view a used Nissan Patrol Titanium that they were selling. Upon running the VIN through EVG, I discovered the vehicle had a reported accident, which was not disclosed to me during initial conversations- and I specifically asked about accident history.
Im not sure how significant the accident was, but the fact that they didn't disclose it and that the car is being sold at a predominantly auto-repair shop (I am not sure if they are a licensed dealership as well), is potentially telling. I don't get why you wouldnt just disclose it right off the bat, if its a minor accident its no big deal, plus, surely they know anyone can just run the VIN?
Anyway, I called them following making this discovery wanting to get some more info (e.g. warranty validity, accident severity of course etc.), but they kept saying 'We'll call you back we'll call you back'', and of course they didn't.
If you are considering buying a vehicle from here or even just having repairs done, I would be cautious, as they were not transparent with me. Them also not calling back (twice) was quite rude- and to be honest served as a clear red flag regarding purchasing this car with them.
A little more transparency and a simple call back could have potentially made the difference between me making a purchase with them or elsewhere- Patrols are in high supply in the UAE, if there is something that doesn't feel right about a deal here, trust me move on!

My Mazda6 taken there was not taken well care oil stick hook they broke front bumper fog cover displaced
Oil filter nut leak they fixed with silicon
All these things notified and even not fixed
Time commitment is very poor
Highly recommend their services. They were very kind and hospitable, offered me coffee and water, and a nice cool area to sit and wait. They even have a massage chair, PS5 and bookshelf for your entertainment while waiting.
I blindly trusted them becoz of previous good experience. Now I found last service they charged me for things that was never changed, and doing more harm than any good with disconnected wires and stuff.. really disappointed I don't know if the owner has no control over the employees or the success got in their heads.
I consider myself a technically and mechanically aware person and I have always found Takumi's team competent. Takumi and I have a long history. I have known Dev (partner) since his time at Audi. Dev personally and his team have always gone above and beyond to help me figure out and address the issues on any of my cars I have brought to them. I have always recommended Takumi to friends and family and they share my appreciation for the work done at Takumi. I have always been greeted and treated graciously at Takumi even though I am the sort who asks many questions and likes to be present when the work is being done.
I had an issue few months back and the management had contacted me in order to have it fix after i raised a complaint . I must say that they were efficient on that time and few pending tasks that weren’t finished and they mentioned after one month we will ensure its fix . Almost 3-4 months after, still not fix and even i had to personally follow up since from their end there wasn’t any response. There are many garages in Dubai , so if you need a peace of mind, find another garage . Their customer service is very poor …

They explained everything clearly, offered honest advice, and made sure my car was serviced thoroughly and efficiently. their exceptional customer service, genuinely care about their clients and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. I highly recommend Takumi Motoren to anyone looking for a trustworthy and high-quality service center. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my car maintenance needs!
I took my Audi S3 to this garage to fix the air conditioning and the car was driven over 60km and damaged whilst in their care. When I went to collect the car, the multimedia screen was left jammed after they replaced the dashboard, the lights in the gear shift panel were not working, they damaged a wheel bearing and also a tyre had to be replaced due to an impact. For all of this I have proof and reports. I've also noticed an issue with the suspension and frankly the car does not feel safe to drive. I will be taking this company to court as one of their employees drove my car and damaged it whilst it was with them and management continue to deny any wrongdoing even when presneted with evidence. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY is my advice, they cannot be trusted.
I’ve been taking my Audi to Takumi for over 4 years now. Dev, Bimal and their team is very professional. Services at par with the agency and very competitively priced. Highly recommended.
My car’s side skirt broke off and quite difficult to get it fixed, it most probably had to be replaced but Umair and team were able to fix it and did a great job! They also washed the car after fixing it. Overall, they did a great job.
