“I had a great experience getting my iron repaired here. The service was quick, efficient, and affordable. They did an excellent job fixing the issue, and my iron works perfectly now. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable appliance repairs.

Gave them my smeg toaster to fix. It came back with paint marks all over it which even they couldn’t take off (although their response obviously claims that it was ‘already there’ even though they accepted their mistake in person). What’s more, it wasn’t even repaired. And the final straw was that a week later, we discovered that they had broken the base and tried to tie it together without even telling us. Pictures attached.
Edited to add: yes, they didn’t charge me, obviously, as the product was a) not repaired and b)damaged. I had to take it to another repair place and pay to undo their work.

Have been a superfix home appliances customer since 2021: Recently moved into a new building and called up team: The team was really quick to re install and service all my appliances, and that was a SUNDAY too & Eid weekend! Really appreciate the efforts they put in for Customer management. Keep going team superfix 👍👍

I had an issue with my washing machine and reached out to this company for help. Their technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it with great professionalism. The service was efficient, and the best part was their very reasonable pricing. I’m really impressed with their reliability and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repairs!

Just cheating customers.they can't repair or return the product. And 1st they said it costs 20 dhms and now 40 dhms. They said it will be ready in 1 day. Still after 1. Week they can't repair.or return.

Our washing machine's front dooe glass was broken and i found Super Fix on internet. They send 2 coperative guys Mark and Jubith. Both changed the glass very nicely and now Machine is working fine. Thank you guys.

They ruined our freezer!

Our Beko freezer's compressor stopped working after 2 years so we contacted Superfix. A professional team picked it up and returned it after a couple of days. It did indeed freeze now, but it made a lot of noise and the thermostat would never turn off the compressor. As a result it generated a lot of heat and electricity use was through the roof (we measured using a meter). They picked it up to 'repair it again', but we got it back in a worse state, it now also leaked.
We didn't want to keep going through this as it was very disruptive. They picked up the freezer for disposal, we had to buy a new one.
Very disappointed with the fact that they ruined our freezer and did not properly test their repairs before sending it back to us... twice.

Update - Knocked down from 2 to 1 stars for their nonsense reply below. We have been in constant contact, if - for whatever reason - they need to reach out they know where to find me.

This repair facility is reliable and efficient. The technicians visit home and try to fix on the spot if it can be fixed. Original parts are used for replacement and warranty provided. Overall very happy with the quick service and cost effective.

They offered me used microwave which refused .
Then paint my microwave without my permission.There is no sop or any kind of care.
Case open now in Dubai court .

Unprofessional team , damage my microwave
during repair , promised to replace then refused !!
Not recommended at all , take care of fake reviews.

Very disappointed with the service of this company. Did an appointment, it was confirmed, I planned my day accordingly. No one reached me. So when I reached the company they said today is not possible .. thank you no need for your services any longer I will better refer to another company which sticks to initial appointment and at least call me and inform that smth has changed.
