I bought an expensive laptop charger from this store. After I purchased this charger, I went home to discover that half of the charger was missing. I had to go back to the store the same day and get the other half from the store since it was missing from the box. After 2 weeks of use, the charger melted and had permanent hardware damage. And the staff refused to replace the damaged charger in very bad way and unacceptable attitude, the customer service is horrible and their products are not recommended.
I was a bit hesitant to order at first, but I’m so glad I did. The quality is amazing, and I got exactly what I expected. Highly recommend!
If I could give zero stars, I would. These people took my mom's phone because it was being slow and then somehow messed up the charger port and the camera and didn't even refund. They took my laptop which was crashing very often and simply removed the warning message which said there might be a problem with my cooking fan and didn't fix anything at all.

The spare parts they use are not the originals and/or not appropriate. So that you will have issues with your items very soon. They replaced the battery of my mobile phone and I had to go back several times to change it again as it was problematic. Finally, the battery grow up so much that it destroyed my screen but they refused to replace both things, arguing it was my fault. They also replaced the screen of my iPhone with what they said was an original Apple spare part which ended up not being the case and when it started becoming problematic, I decided to go to the Apple store where I was refused their services because the screen was not an original one; then I went to this shop again and asked them to fix this problem because the screen was not an original one, and I was said it was an original one and they tried to find excuses to blame me for the mistake. So, my advise is: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP AND NEVER GO THERE
They have variety selections! The staff is very knowledgeable and polite, especially Ibrahim is very professional in repairing my laptop and it’s charger.Highly recommend them!
