I have visited this outlet for Stamp and very bad experience .
I provide them license copy & Passport copy of manager and my Emirates ID, send a mail as well from company mail to verify that I’m authorized person to collect stamps but they give me lots of excuses, and I have explained that the Owner is not available in UAE 🇦🇪 but they consisting for Letter head written by owner. It’s a big joke😫😫😫 they are not ready to accept that register mail ID from gmail so it’s not valid according to them.
Even I have shown them DDA portal as well but not considered that also. Can’t understand what kind of formality using by Minutes..
And I have talked with Head office Mangers not staff only.

Alice need to deal in a better way with customers, customer service should be improved in barsha mall branch
Great little shop! Elaejah and Nizar were incredibly helpful when I recently purchased a power bank and an iPhone cover. I was very happy with both items; the power bank charges quickly and holds a good charge, and the iPhone cover is stylish and protective. I would definitely recommend this shop.
I visit on minute today al barsha mall the service is good best quality mr kiran guy is there he is very nice person and good talking way.
It's amazing service! My laptop had a problem, and I went to several service centers. Everyone tried repairing it, but no one knew what was wrong. Then I went to Minutes Al Barsha Mall. The people there were very pleasant, especially Mr. Kiran, who found and fixed the problem. I am very happy now.
Kiran has a very bad attitude. I went to this branch cause I saw the goid reviews here, but I was disappointed. Today, I tried to call them few times to confirm if other staff available, no answer & no one tried to call back..
Literally standing at the counter for 20 minutes…. 4 staff on duty. No acknowledgement. No hello. As if I’m invisible!! What outstanding service! Take your business somewhere else. By the way. There was only one customer being helped when I showed up. Then another customer came but with no assistance either. ( in total three customers-only one being assisted) The management of this kiosk needs to get involved. Very poor customer service for a kiosk that wasn’t busy!!!
Minutes Barsha mall branch game center is very nice service, They have many services like engraving, mobile repair, bag and shoes repairs and many more.
Remember, if you’re buying something that’s going to be a company expense (like a stamp), you must by law have a tax invoice. Make sure they give you one before you make payment.
This is the most unprofessional and unorganised company ( Al Barsha mall branch ) that I was dealing in the past 15 years living in Dubai. I never put any negative comment but this one is unacceptable. Advice for everyone, never deal with Al Barsha Mall branch. I hope that someone from high management read those reviews and hopefully will do some customer service training for the staff members.
