I went to Minutes Watch Repair and they asked me 900aed to fix the broken screen of my apple watch. I went to the other shops as well and all of them have asked for more than 500aed.. Luckily, i found this shop in front of famous Al Attar Bldg. in Karama and they charged me for only AED 350 (Screen & LED fixed) Not water proof anymore but what more can i ask in this very cheap price? Because if u’ll go to apple store they will charge you the same price on the kind of watch u have, it’s like u bought a new one. I’m so happy with their service, thank you so much Soft Point Electronics. Highly recommended ! :)

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this mobile shop. I believe it is crucial for other potential customers to be aware of the negative experience I encountered.

Last week, I visited here to have the display screen on my phone replaced. The replacement screen provided by them turned out to be defective. The new screen had visible discoloration, auto-touch, and violent flickering, making it nearly impossible to use my phone properly.

When I brought this issue to their attention within 48 hours, instead of acknowledging the faulty replacement screen, they had the audacity to demand additional payment while blaming me for causing a crack in the display. This demand was completely unjustified, as the problem was clearly caused by the poor quality of the replacement part and their poor workmanship.

Not only did this experience waste my time and money, but it also reflected a lack of professionalism and customer care on their part. The lack of responsibility taken for the faulty product and the attempt to exploit me further by demanding more money is disappointing.

I believe it is crucial for potential customers to be aware of the issues I faced, so its better to look elsewhere for your mobile repairs.

Repaired my broke phone screen and after their work, I ended up spending more money there itself to change the back glass cover because of their shoddy workmanship.

scam company. workmen are not experienced. cannot even fix a simple display issue. phone got damaged even more. very bad service. they did not replace my phone display even after returning within one day. full of dumb excuses. totally scam

Spent AED 300 to replace my screen and insert the screen protector by these people in the last week of December, 2021. Today i.e., 24 May 2022, my phone started flickering suddenly during my normal usage and the display had stopped working. I went to the store and they said that there is nothing that they can do about it and were asking me to spend another 300 bucks just for replacing the screen again!!!

No warranty was provided for this repair and the people working there are pure professionals in cheating customers. I would strongly urge everyone to avoid repairing any electronics from such businesses, that only care about the money and showcase zero concerns towards the customers. Additionally, the staff also started raising his voice, when I told him that the screen was of a Chinese version as it lasted for less than 6 months and the screen protector was of poor quality. Such mentioned demonstration of unprofessional behaviour should be taken under legal action by the government and must remained as closures, to avoid constant acts like this to be offered to other residents or tourists in Dubai.

The salesperson Samir and Ashfak are very accomodating, they are friendly and they gave me very good discount. I highly recommended this shop! Thank you Lord for this Blessed Shop❤️
