A huge thank you to the team for their outstanding service! I wanted to share my experience to help others who might be facing a similar situation. I use an iPhone 14 Pro Max and had my screen replaced last year in Barsha for AED 900. Unfortunately, my phone recently fell into a swimming pool, and water got inside, causing it to stop working. I initially thought it was waterproof, but Althaf explained that once the screen is replaced, the waterproofing is no longer effective. Thankfully, Cellcraft Karama was able to recover my data, and I even purchased a used phone from them at a great price. I truly appreciate the team's support and excellent service. Highly recommended. i visited today also to buy used phone i got a very good deal.
After reading the reviews on Google, my fold 4 not opening properly and folding time display not showing. I inquired samsung service center and other mobile shops…but nobody have any idea how to fix my problem. I gave this place a chance, and I was immediately amazed from the first contact moment. I was promptly attended to, received direct answers to my questions, and. The quote was clear. I was helped quickly and efficiently, and was kept informed of the progress in the meantime. Think again before you do any business with this shop! I brought my phone to change the battery and It was replaced 2 times with a ‘excellent’ quality battery however there was no change and the battery health decreased to 85% so quick . Now, I found out that there is also another problem that I can’t plug in a charger or earphones and that the motherboard is broken because of their service. The only solution i got when I went to the shop again for the third time to fix this is that the guy told me ‘ I dont want to fix it and I dont want to check the plug ‘
