The worst customer experience ever pure scammer be careful dubai people . I called them 2 weeks ago the guys came they requested to change a part they requested 1000 aed down payment to get a new part … they changed it then the ac didn t work … i asked to pay back to me the down payment they refused after i threat them to call the police they gave me back 500 and they told me they will come the next day… the next day they changed another part … after 2 weeks the AC is broken again they didn t provide any invoice and any warranty … it s pure scam plz be carefull don t pay them anything before you make sure it s 100% working it s pure scam

Very bad service and very unprofessional. Hired them bcz my AC was not cooling and instead of fixing it they made it worse and they wanted to charge me 900 dirham for cleaning the AC filter. When I called them next day to inform them that the AC is not fixed, they ignored all calls and messages. Also, they don't give you a quotation or receipt, just nothing. There are so many other professional companies in Dubai you can hire, this is not one of them.
Worst company ever! They are AWFULL. They come to your place THEY RUINE IT AND CREATE MORE PROBLEMS! & than leave. When you pay them they don’t pick up their phone. Be careful with them cause once you encounter them you will have the biggest regrets
