Advertised as having key cutting services but no where does it mention that they only cut keys at certain times. Very disappointed by this. A wasted journey.
Althaf did such a good job of engraving a corkscrew for me. A challenging item, but turned out better than expected. Can recommend highly, as he even shows you the placement and everything before starting to engrave. Thank you!

Few months back I purchased privacy guard for my phone and at the time of purchase the sales person said the guard will be replaced free of cost and advised to keep the original receipt for the claim. I went today to get the guard replaced due to bubble formation. But the staff asked me to pay 20 AED for the service. I argued that at the time of purchase I was told it’s free of cost. However, the staff persisted for payment. It’s absolute nonsense and I’m totally got cheated by the staff at the center. I don’t recommend MINUTES.
I recently faced an issue with my PS5 and visited Minutes Bay Avenue.The technicians ,Niyas fixed my PS5 at a great price and did so professionally. I am very happy with the service and will definitely recommend their services. They’re highly professional, and I’m really satisfied with the excellent service I received .
I was sold an iPhone screen protector today at higher price than shop opposite with the pitch of warranty if it breaks again. I asked how warranty works, the shop keeper said by tracing phone number given to shop. He said any shop will replace at very low cost if their screen protector breaks. Once I gave them my number he said I am already in their system. I expected I would get covered under Warranty then. But he said no you have to show proof of purchase. He then said we will only replace our own protector and not any other you may have used after ours. How can they tell that, not clear. This to me is dishonesty. Be careful, dont believe when they say warranty. There’s no such thing, they will not replace anything.
