Not professional at all. They like to stall and waste time. I wouldn’t trust them with a floppy disk let alone a hard disk.
Several months ago my hard drive crashed, and after several attempts I could not personally recovery the info on the drive. Unfortunately, I had not backed up the drive in a few years and there was some critical data that I really needed and had spent hundreds of hours working on. This guys are not professionals at all (could not say what problem was with my laptop (even approximately) and a week later I realized that they had stolen from my laptop 4 gb RAM and had put one for 2 gb instead
And they were using the charger 🔌 from my laptop for another purposes and I when I asked to return it they said I gave it without charger ...

This place is one of the worst places for customer service, slow replies not accurate HUGE delays. I couldn't wait to get my hard disk back and not deal with them again.
