Good day. The complaint is mainly about the employee of the company named Bauna (as I understand, she works in the Call Center and mainly communicates with clients). I have been trying to solve my problem with the repair of the shutter door for more than a month, because it is very rare to get feedback from a Bauna employee, she will never write to you on her own to give you updated information, the clients themselves have to pull it out of her, she absolutely does not know how to communicate with clients and during the entire time of working with her for a whole month, I was able to organize only an inspection 😃 At the time when I ask for this review, the work has not yet been done, yes) In general, avoid communicating with this person, because the service she provides is simply terrible.

Very very unprofessional service by Criessy. Takes days to respond. I have been following up in regards to the complaint. The team is supposed to to call me to get my door fixed. It’s been a week and I have not got a call yet. I don’t know how they satisfy their customers.
