I had my phone display replaced by Phonesharks.ae, and within just 4 days I noticed dead pixels appearing near the front camera cutout. The replacement was supposed to come with a 1-year warranty and that is why I was okay with paying a premium for that. I contacted them, they told me to send the device back for inspection.
I also reminded them that the display could have been faulty from the start. When their repair shop initially shared a video of the phone after the replacement, I noticed the touch response was laggy and unresponsive, which I flagged immediately. They acknowledged it and said they would “check and fix it.” Moreover, when the phone was delivered to me the first time, it was extremely hot right out of the envelope and shut down on its own with a warning message saying “Turning off due to high temperature” this even happened in front of their delivery rider.
So, coming back, I sent them the phone. After keeping my phone for "analysis," they conveniently blamed me, claiming the phone had been dropped or physically damaged – which is completely false. My phone was never dropped, and I took extreme care of it. Yet they refused to honor the warranty and insisted I pay for the repair.
When I stood my ground and refused to pay for what was clearly a faulty replacement display, they simply sent the phone back unrepaired, taking zero responsibility for their poor-quality work.
This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and untrustworthy. They deny accountability and treat customers with complete disregard.

Fantastic experience. With only 2 nights $ 1 day in Dubai, I had no time to go shopping for a new phone. Phoneshark went to great lengths to communicate through my selection and delivery arrangements, delivered to my hotel exactly on schedule and patiently waited while I opened the sealed box and checked the IMEIs of my new Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra were genuine. very highly recommend these guys, I'll definitely be using them again in the future.
Gave them my Z fold phone to replace hinges. They damaged my inner screen which was Okay when i submitted them phone. Now they claiming 1750 aed for repair of screen which damaged by them. And now i have damaged hinge and damaged screen. Huge dissapointment. Never recomend to anyone.
I am truly impressed. I called late, and Dave really got out of his way to help me finding a way to get the phone to the Lab. I had to replace the battery of my Iphone 11 and they did it in about one hour. Their Lab is spotless and they handled the repair and the testing of my phone after repair in an extremely professional manner. The price in the end was very honest. I can recommend these guys any day.
I am very impressed by the super fast and efficient service. I contacted them this morning. I spoke to Eeman and within 45 minutes someone came to collect my Galaxy Flip 4 phone to replace the charging unit and they sent me a video now to show me my phone is working 100%. very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone.
I had an amazing experience at Phone Shark! My tablet was giving me major issues, and Sameer went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly and properly. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me updated every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, and the service was top-notch. The worst repair shop I ever encountered. They will take several days just to return your phone. almost called the police because they said it's already delivered even though I didn't receive anything.
Whilst service until phone was returned was good, battery was not configured properly and after several follow ups from my side, the response was as the repair and set-up on iOS would only happen after the next update would be available. Would have been good to have this information before hand and not after multiple follow ups from my side.
wow, unbelievable, just seen previous comment, so if they damage anythink who giong to be responsible for that then? In my opinion companies like that should not exist in UAE. If service party damages anything, they should take responsibility and managers should see it. Good job for comment. Honest reviews help us and all other peoples not to struggle with companies like this. Planned to repair my phone here… but looks like i need to search for other company.
