I bought deep cleaning. They ruined my wooden parquet and claimed that “They are already old.” Even if I told them they were just renovated and I could send them the quote and the payment we made, the answer was “Our supervisor told that they just mopped it.” Zero customer-focus, they caused me thousands of dirhams. Definitely don’t work with them.

I’ve been a loyal client of this cleaning company for years, but I’m incredibly disappointed with their recent customer service. After their app was updated, I was unable to book any services, which left me frustrated and in need of help.
I called their customer service line hoping for a solution, but instead of assistance, I was met with vague responses and no real support. I even requested to speak with a manager or have one call me back, but my request was completely ignored.
It’s disheartening to see a company I’ve supported for so long fail to provide basic customer service. Communication is key, and they have completely dropped the ball. Unless they improve their support, I’ll have to reconsider my loyalty.

Paid for an inspection visit of my 2 BR apartment requiring only painting + installation of new lights. Quotation was still not ready after more than 24 hours after being promised every time I followed up, I'd receive a quotation within 30 minutes. Waiting, waiting, unable to contact the quotation team myself. I'd suggest finding a more efficient company who can provide a quotation within a few hours
Their customer service is the worst ever, it’s been 4 months I’m trying to get my refund with no response.
And if you booked via the app and chose the time slot suitable for you, they may change it and just send you a massage to confirm that without asking for your availability first!

Following our property assessment by the company representative , the company has not come back to us with the quotation noting that we have attempted to follow up twice without receiving a response.
The scheduled deep cleaning and pest control services are now delayed, and we are facing limited options in the market due to other companies' full schedules.
It seems this company may not be prioritizing new clients….or maybe also existing ones.
