A garage of cheaters, swindlers, and liars. After their private driver crashed into my car, they told me that the car would be repaired with new, original parts, and they sent me an invoice for that. After some time passed, I discovered that the car had been sent to another place, and I discovered that everything had been repaired with used, non-original commercial parts. There is no credibility. Never and every time I file a complaint about this, no one responds
I just want to write my review about Mr. MURAD who did an excellent job helping me with my car at the garage. He has great communication skills, keeping me updated throughout the process and explaining everything clearly. He is also very polite and respectful in his dealings with people, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Murad for anyone looking for professional and friendly service.
Update: So the. Charges after inspection jumped to 20000 what is this Ferrari. Japanese and American cars don't cost this much. Thats a new gearbox. That's a new car that only50000 km and under warranty. Wow. .......... My sister bought a jaitor from Altass with their warranty and service contract. The gearbox died at 50,000. Instead of fixing it under warranty, they want her to pay 5,000 AED for the repair costs. All agencies service the gearbox and plugs at 100,000, and their service book says at 80,000, but they want her to change them now, which is absurd. This is the worst experience ever. The least one could say is that it is a big scam.
Very lazy service, i have visited them 3 times during a year and each time, the car is delivered late. They are in a remote location and keep you waiting because these guys can’t fulfill the car handover as they commit. Other Miscommitments have also happened regarding the services. Not recommended if you value your time and peace👎
Would like to give a big thank you for the advisor Abdul Rehman, very professional, punctual, very helpful and quickly reply. Always giving me a feedback from the services and follow up . Since service moved from Dubai to the new garage in sharja , they provided the car delivery, picked my car up while I was in downtown going to work , very convenient, driver came on time , sent pics as well , then did the check up , also I had a nano ceramic service which was great , car looked just new and shining, clean from inside and outside, driver seat and steering wheel covered with plastic , and then car delivered at home as well . Appreciated all . Thank you !
