I have been dealing with this company for maintenance for almost a year, and I have not found any shortcomings in their dealings, speed of completion and accuracy in work. I would like to thank Advisor Mohamed Zaki for his kind dealings and continuous updates on the vehicle's condition.
Pathetic service.please do not give your vehicle to these people if you want your vehicle back.They will keep repairing your vehicle for lifetime still won't be able to identify the issue. Also their charges are exorbitant and not worth theit irresponsible service.
The garage looks nice and beautiful. But my car they kept around 20 days in their garage, still not repaired. Delay is the main issue with Royal swiss..I never recommend to take warranty contract with them. I feel they delaying repairs of warranty holders vehicle. It is loss of money. I have same experience in their Dubai and Sharjah branches as well. Before they were good, now completely changed their way of treating Customers.
The service is sucks not worth a driham they discover that car required to change oil breaks and they did not do it as the quotation required time?!!!!! They changed the AC filter and forgot to fixed back the cover and they kept the AC running and switched off the car. I asked the to fixed blower handle which takes a minute work and they don’t do it. Visiting this garage wasting time and money.
