I recently serviced my car Dexol RAK and had a great experience. Special thanks to Mr. Roderick, the technician, and Mr. Ricardo, the supervisor, for their professional and courteous service. They explained everything clearly and treated me with respect. This service center is excellent for gear-related issues, although it is on the expensive side. Highly recommend their expertise!

Very bad experience , I thought they have a very professional and pleasant attitude but i went their to check my honda civic transmission issue , they didn't even check the car and the person who was in charge show me a board 155 drhms + vat as charge for obd report. Yes we can pay the charges once you check the car , start the engine and check the issue physically . I found them not customer friendly, Instead of them a local workshop guy do the obd scan for 40 drhms .
Yakoob he is the head of this workshop he is so rude and unprofessional and doesn't give you time to speak and discuss the price.
