Please be informed that this statement is not accurate at all, and from the beginning I mentioned clearly to garage team that I wanted to change break oil/flushing and we even agreed about the cost (i.e: 200 AED) including labor charge , however, due to miss communication between the garage team it caused them to do break bleeding which I did not ask for, then when I clarified to garage customer care the issue they said the break oil type (DOT 3) is not available for my car after wasting my time there and they need time to arrange the materials (which has to be informed earlier).
However, before leaving the garage I checked with the team if there is any payment required from my side (even if the garage did not do what I want at least as a respect for labors efforts) and they confirmed that : no payment required.

Horrible! Group of thiefs after they discovered am working in Bank, once that they started increasing the labor price insanely which is higher than agency it self loool , Absolutely complete jerks has no experience on Cadillac cars or any other American cars that need deep care .... am not such person who write such reviews but honestly I guess my car received bad treatment since last visit in order to change brake pads , Mounts , Suspension inspection . After 2 days I have started hearing knocking sound and the brake is ruined , I have taken it to another garage and Disks discovered not Well attached with new studs with bearing .... One more thing I have informed them to inspect front/rear suspension because the steering was a bit lighter than before 2 months , they said all is OK and fine , The current technician said there severe damage on Bushings both sides and from Linkage ..... The dumbest thing is I have requested price for painting work to be done and nothing has been taken , The supervisor said he's gonna inform me later and nothing! Don't get deceived by these fake reviews because seriously I don't anything special .... Just Stay Away if u have Cadillac car otherwise prepare your self with unjustified checkup reports , They gonna claim these parts are damaged and in fact it's not ....

I brought my car a couple of times to the shop. The service was ok.
The last time I brought the car to fix an electrical problem related to the suspension. They told me that I have to change ignition coils and some more electrical part around the engine.
I told them no need to change all this parts and requested to drop my car at my home.
When they brought the car, the fuel tank was less than a quarter, I gave the car full, and the glove box was destroyed.
On request the shop manager told me that there is a leak in the fuel tank and so on and so an.
So, for me, it was the last time there, I expect that the problem got fixed and not that you receive your car back with additional problems, caused by the shop.
The electrical problem by the way was a loose battery contact, fixed by myself.

WORST client support ever had in Dubai, wrong part (part number did not match specs by MOPAR), installed and it failed after 3 days, no warranty no refund and telling me a lot of untrue like the OEM sells without specs and no return possible and order number differ in Dubai ect
Part supposed to be from MOPAR that has unique part numbers with specs but specs did not match with number. Had to emergency replace it after failing at my own cost, no refund the only offered was a next car service !! Who wants to get the car again in this garage after what happened??

I recently had the headlamp of my car replaced at ROYAL PRINCE AUTO CARE, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had the headlamp replaced in no time. The quality of the work was excellent, and the pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend ROYAL REPAIR AUTO CAR to anyone looking for reliable and honest car service. Will be returning for future maintenance needs!"
The most pathetic and unreliable garage I have ever been to. People and team are manipulating to get work done from them promising the best but when it’s time to deliver they purposely create a new problem in the vehicle so that you get it fixed from them and they can make more money. I have my car atleast 5 times in 1 month to sort out the issue which they promised will never come up again. Everytime they took my car and returned it .. I see new warning.
Please do not give your car to them if you want to protect yourself from fraud. They are just there to manipulate and make money by creating problems in the car which never existed before. You give a good working car to them and it comes back with 1 million faults which are created by them just to make more money. Please be careful
