Dear Viewer’s, This is Ahmed, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at the Right Solution, on Saturday 7th Nov. I visited the workshop to address a minor concern regarding a sound when starting my vehicle, After inspection your technician advised that the sound is related to the belt. your team advised replacing both the belt and the non functional radiator fan motor. I agreed to these replacements, and you used Nissan original parts, charging me a total of 1,100 AED. However, on Tuesday, while I was driving on Abu Dhabi Road, the newly installed belt failed, causing my vehicle to become stranded. Upon investigation by a Mussafah workshop technician, it was discovered that the belt had been incorrectly installed, which damaged both the belt and the pulley. When I contacted Mr. Umar, the manager/owner of your workshop, to discuss the issue, he explained the technical aspects of the installation for over 30 minutes but did not address my concerns regarding the mistake or offer any resolution. I have several concerns: 1. Responsibility for Service Quality: When a customer brings a vehicle in for service, should it not be the workshop's responsibility to ensure that all repairs are done correctly? 2. Accountability for Damaged Parts: Given that your team worked on the parts that subsequently failed, why is there no acknowledgment of responsibility or compensation for the additional damage and inconvenience caused? 3. Acceptance of Mistakes: Why is there resistance to acknowledging and correcting the mistake, including offering appropriate compensation? 4. Discrepancy in Parts Pricing: I noticed a significant markup in the cost of parts compared to prices from other sources. For instance, the belt, which costs 69 AED elsewhere, was charged at 110 AED, and the motor, costing 730 AED elsewhere, was billed at 840 AED. Can you explain the reason for these discrepancies? As a loyal customer since 2018, I am disappointed by this experience. Earning money on compromising the core values will certainly get you the money but you will lose your name, fame and credibility. So guys, if you are looking for trustable, genuine workshop then this is not the place.

Negative star option if available i could have pressed that too.. Charged me Aed 300 just to remove the carpet and keep it under sun. Enquiry time they said will take the seat out shampoo it and all but all false... they removed and kept under sun to dry and fixed. Even fixing also not done properly..if you want to your car in good condition then please check for some other garages.. Bad experience and will not recommend even for washing.
Very big cheatters!!!!!! Really I can given negative 1000 points, They took 15days to repair simple door glass up and down problems. But they didn't fix anything. Initially that superior told need to change all winder motor set, main switch, relay and right side door lock assy. I felt his quote was quite very high. I cross checked new original parts price comparatively his quote 10% extra. I said OK do it. His total charged 2400 AED finally. When I took back the car and checked only right side front door only fixed. All other problems not fixed. After paid only I know he doesn't do anything. Same main switch he put again charged 400 Aed, He said all other door wider motors totally gone. Need to be change fully it's very expensive. Only one door glass up and down fixing, And battery change he was took 2400 aed from me. That supervisor is truthless guy After I checked other mechanic all door wider motors are OK, main switch only have a issue. He told I changed main switch but he didn't. And when I asking why your price is high? He told all are new parts with 1 year warranty. But after pay he twisted I quoted only for second hand parts. Here used only second hand parts only. And they they drained my half tank petrol as well. When I took back the car I stucked in middle of the road with out petrol. Very big cheater that supervisor. My kind request please don't go right solution auto repair at any situation. Save your money and peaceful.
Wow! I give 5 star rating for price. Only 17 dirham for body wash for suv. And mishal is such a nice person. Car wash is very nice
