Horrible customer experience; will basically sell you an expensive item then pretend they’re not responsible towards any issues that the item will have. Do not waste your time with this place. Edited to reply to your defensive comment: I came to your shop with a broken set of rudder pedals. I only needed you to replace a damaged cable. You told me that you checked using the power light and confirmed that it switched on. I believed you (stupidly) and didn’t use the pedals until I bought the PC from your shop on the 3rd of December (and I have the bank message and invoice / receipt to prove that). That’s around the time (maybe 1-2 days later) that you got the call from me informing you that the power light didn’t switch on. So two things: 1. Don’t dare lie about the “4-5” months it took for me supposedly to come back to your shop because I can report you for this, so don’t go in that direction. 2. Don’t sit there and try to imply that I somehow broke the pedals again; more so unbelievable considering I told you explicitly that I will pay again if you get it fixed the second time. Just disgusting honestly.
