Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! Even if they offer you for free. I had the worst experience with Radical Motorsports when I went there to get a tow hitch fixed. The service was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Zero communication and transparency—the owner completely ignored my messages and calls. When I finally managed to speak with him (on the only number provided), he arrogantly dismissed me, saying, “I’m the owner, not a receptionist.” Is this how you treat paying customers? To make matters worse, the tow hitch they installed was crooked and misaligned. The bumper was put back in such a careless manner that screws were missing, and it looked like it was fixed by a 5-year-old. My car’s silencers were left hanging and banging around because they couldn’t even refit them properly. It was a complete mess! I was so disgusted that I had the tow hitch removed the very next day at another garage, where even the mechanics laughed and said, “Who in the world did this ridiculous job?” I threw the useless hitch straight into the garbage. The owner’s arrogance is beyond belief. After delivering such poor service, he had the audacity to demand an apology from me for being upset about his blatant incompetence and neglect. This garage doesn’t deserve to operate—ripping people off while being arrogant about it. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this workshop. If you care about your vehicle and your sanity, stay as far away as possible. People like this should not be allowed to run a business, let alone scam hardworking customers. I don’t even want my money back from such people. it’s a lesson learned, and I’m disgusted by my decision to choose this garage. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

It is my first time to give a review about anything bad so It takes that amount of bad energy to do that and I am trying my best to be partial with what I am going to write and be accurate. I went to Radical with an engine failure for an old Jeep with good condition and low mileage. After talking to few garages and mechanics, I decided to go with Radical. 1. The owner of the garage assured me that he could fix the engine after doing “engine check” and assured me that it would be perfect with few spare parts which he quoted me almost the double for them. Agreed on me getting my own original spare parts, he started working on the car to tell me later that there are more problems with the engine. 2. When I realized that my original spare parts and Radical fees which has increased every step of the way and other fees that have not been told about from the beginning exceeded the price of a good condition car online, the owner promised a discount which he didn’t deliver. 3. After supposedly, the engine has been fixed, few days later, the engine sign was on and off every couple of days, with no AC working. The owner wanted to charge for filling gas again and fix AC broken pipe which wasn’t even broken. 4. Communication is really bad since then, me telling the owner about the problem that persists with the engine and him telling me that is a different issue with more charges and getting angry for not listening to him Or sometimes, ignoring me completely. Now, because I am apparently asking for my right and trying to communicate in a respectful manner, I am blocked from the garage’s what’s app. Resulting in leaving any option for amicable deal but for me to try to take my right in a legal manner. If you want to avoid all this hassle, avoid this garage. It is by far the worst experience in any garage I have dealt with in 9 years in Dubai. Ps: I think there are 2 places with the same name and I believe that’s why and the only reason Radical has good reviews.

Radical team is a professional, high quality service at affordable price. A team you can trust and be sure that they will go the extra mile to deliver what they promise. They not only have a great team in the workshop but also a very professional team who organize desert drive across UAE. They have upgraded two of my SUV's and we have done over 100 drives including LIWA. Radical organize private drives and off road driving lessons. Radical is one stop shop when it comes to SUV's and Desert adventure.

Very professional, honest, and experienced staff. They know exactly what your car needs and how to work with it irrespective if it’s a Toyota or a Chevy or a Nissan , however common or rare your car is, they’ve worked on it before . Highly recommended , even more so for Off-roaders . I have built my Xterra with them from stock, and the pricing and quality of work is unmatched. Update : Got some more modifications and everything is just perfect. Couldn’t be more satisfied !!!
