I took my macbook in for a battery replacement a week or two ago and the team were amazing. They were able to have it ready for me the next day (even though they were closed that day!). Great service, would recommend!
It took them 2 full days to know the issue of my CPU not connecting to monitor. Not only that, they told me pickup charges are 65 AED, which I agreed to. Once they took the CPU they said there is an inspection charge of 150AED and another 65 AED for drop off. They don't answer the phone and don't give you an update so you just keep waiting for an issue that could be solved same day from other places. Don't recommend at all worst service I've ever had.
Quick fix geeks were amazing! I called and they came over to my house within one hour and fixed my complicated issue very easily. I tried so long to fix the issue and their expertise knew how to fix it no problem. I couldn’t have done it without them. Mustafa was amazing. He knew exactly what to do and he saved me and a lot of my time. Sometimes you just have to have a professional to sort your problems, and these guys are the best!
They told me they're Selling me a genuine apple screen, Then they left and the phone was black, They then came back and now My phone is saying it's not a genuine part and they expect me to go to them unless I want to be charged 100 AED for them to come and resolve the issue which they've caused. Would never recommend!!!
