I handed in my son's apple watch for a screen replacement. At this time, everything was working perfectly minus the cracked screen of course. After replacing the screen, the watch would not turn on so i naturally sent it back for them to check. Then I am told the battery is dead and that I will have to replce the battery. Clearly thats extrmely fishy so I asked them for justification and then the discussion take a different route because they did not have an apple watch charger so they weren't able to test before handing over the watch. But since I had accepted it, the battery is not their fault.
Long story short, please avoid this company - you will be quoted less, and they will somehow manage to disappoint you.

I couldn't install my Adobe Apps and reached out to them. While other companies struggle to understand the problem, they knew exactly what to fix it. They fix my iMac even though they are closed on Sunday. They care about their customer and give the best service. I will recommend anyone in my network if they need to fix something. I had a very professional and honest experience with this repair service. I had my hard drive repaired for my 2019 iMac, and it was completed in just one hour. I believe I will become a permanent customer due to their efficiency and affordability. Overall, it was an excellent service!
I had to replace the screen on my Mac, and Murtaza made the entire process incredibly smooth. He was clear and transparent about the cost, communicated efficiently, and made it easy to book an appointment. The screen was replaced in just two hours, which was impressive. Later, when a small issue came up, Murtaza provided excellent diagnostics and handled the necessary adjustments quickly and professionally. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I was satisfied. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone I know!
I would advise anyone using this company to beware of getting any repairs done through them and also to check what you are being charged for.
After initially repairing a machine, I went back to this company for some more repairs. After charging us for "special adhesive" to place the screen back on the computer I was stunned to find the next morning that the screen had fallen off and cheap, double sided tape was used. As a result of the screen falling off it was damaged. IT Tech 4 all have refused to repair or replace the damaged item and have insisted this was my fault.
I have repeatedly asked them to provide their trade license to report them but they refuse (which is illegal) and they now won't answer my calls or return messages.
I am a small business that is just starting and as such don't have the funds to just go an buy a new machine, this has since hurt my business as I am computer down for our staff.
ITTech is an outstanding service provider. I contacted Murtaza just before the EID break to help set up a new laptop, including transfering data from my old MAC to a newly purchased Asus Zenbook. I needed the work completed before the weekend so that I could use the new computer to prepare a time sensitive board presentation. Not only did Murtaza stay late to complete the needed work but he took the time explained every step of the process. The work was completed within the time promised and the cost was reasonable under the circumstances. Mine was a five star + experience.

This store is a so unprofessional I should let people know about it. I brought my Mac for data recovery, the guy told me he would take up to 3 days. After that he requested more time (5days)since he has to order some equipment and then he’ll call after. I gave him a week and he never called. I tried calling but he ignored my calls!! Maybe about 10 times throughout the week. No response. I went to the shop ( which is from an apartment ) and the guy just flat out lied to me saying he replaced some parts but he still haven’t finished yet. I told him give me proof of what you replaced and then he just confessed that nothing was replaced. I took my Mac to another shop and they said my Mac wasn’t assembled properly!
Really bad.
