Let you purchase products online that they don't have and then you have to fight for a refund. The refund they try to give is less than the order value paid for the products.

SELLER NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL - Bought a set of 6 tires from this website as it was showing « Available / in stock ». - Got a WhatsApp message from them few hours later saying that the tires I bought were not available. - I asked for a refund since the order couldn’t get fulfilled and because I expressively need these tires given the specifications of my van. - Few days later, I received a partial refund since they deducted fees generated by their payment platform. - Since then, they refuse to refund the remaining balance stating that this is as part of their « terms & conditions ». How fair is that ? Why shall I pay for their mistake for listing a product that is not available in their stock ? Last but not least, since they operate like a marketplace (no Pro Tyres garage or shop), so you can’t pay by cash or bank transfers. Only payments by credit cards are accepted. Obviously, stay away from this shady business and unfair « terms and conditions ».
