Disappointing Experience with them I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from them . Not only did they charge me higher fees than average, but they also damaged my bathroom during the job. What's even more frustrating is their complete lack of accountability and poor customer service. When I tried to contact them to fix the damage, they ignored my calls. However, when I called from a different number, they answered immediately, only to promise to send someone to fix the issue, which they did not do for three times. I later discovered that they hadn't even replaced the spare parts I paid for, instead attempting a subpar repair that caused further damage. I strongly advise against using their service due to their unprofessional behavior, poor workmanship 👎
