I had some difficulties in getting them to understand the issues my laptop had. They need to improve understanding customers. But other than that they were friendly and they understood the issue and knew how to fix and improve my laptop. Not a bad store. Went there multiple times.

they are okay if you want to repair maybe a hinge or your laptops body but i wouldn't rely on them for motherboard repairs or console repairs since they always give it back saying it isn't repairable and their repair team isn't really professional, just only go there if you want to repair your hinge or something like that
Took a printer for an small error . The printer was fully working as the error used to come now and then . They returned the item not working at all arguing that it was like that since it came . I understand things can brake in the process . But lieing and walking away from responsibility is unacceptable. Is not about money is about principles .
Very nice and friendly staff... Quick service also. I had my laptop LED repaired in about 40 mins.
Worst experience I had with them. They kept my Xbox One controllers for around 3 days and did not repair them and later asked me to collect. Total waste of time.

Worst experience. Their hardware staff does not have any experience. I gave them two laptops for repair with mother board issue. They kept both for 3 days and returned me without fixing the issue.
Just wastage of time and money.
Worst service ever install Windows and spoiled the Bluetooth connection.... They do know what is the issue and how to solve... Only what they saying we are closing at 10:00 pm and they mentioned that they open till 2 am. Taking money for incomplete job. Not recommend at all.
