Very poor customer-oriented approach—I visited a branch of this mobile service provider on the night of Eid and did not receive proper service. While I understand they were busy, telling a customer they cannot be served and asking them to come back another time is unacceptable. Severe improvement is truly required for a provider that is well-known in the city.
