They have the audacity to demand payment upfront, even before diagnosing the issue with your electronics. Once they've pocketed your money, good luck getting any semblance of service. Their communication is abysmal—they conveniently become unreachable when you inquire about your product's status, and when they do pick up, it's nothing but lies and empty promises.
My water dispenser, supposedly fixed within two days, broke down again almost immediately. When we finally had enough and physically went to their shop after a month of waiting, what did we find? Our machine, severely damaged and disgustingly dirty.
Let's call a spade a spade: "Muhammad Hasnain AC Repairing Center" is the biggest bunch of liars in the repair industry. They prey on unsuspecting customers, take their money, and deliver nothing but frustration and disappointment. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this scam operation at all costs.

Do not trust this people, they took 350aed from us for repair of our AC, but our AC was never fixed, been contacting thru WhatsApp, email and call, to schedule and fix our AC, but does not answer, Scammers .
Fixed one issue, caused another. Refuse to send someone out to check what they have broken. Ignores whatsapp and calls. Do NOT use this company.

They took my stove to the shop for heating element repair. It came back damaged and now the oven doesn’t work properly. They are ignoring my attempts to contact them to have this resolved.Shady business.
You’d be smart to find any other of the 100s of other repair shops in Dubai. I chose this company because of the good google reviews. In hindsight, I’m getting the feeling they are mostly fake. Lots of reviewers only have 1 review to their profiles. I should’ve noticed this earlier. I got played, I guess that’s on me.
Update #1: One week has gone by and no calls or texts from this company or the repair man despite several attempts to make contact. I’ll keep trying. It’s becoming pretty clear they do not plan to make this right.
Update #2: still after 3 weeks absolutely no contact from this dishonest business. They are avoiding my calls and texts.
I finally had to go out and buy a new cooker. This company has cost me a lot of money, please choose a repair company wisely.
