I had a terrible experience with bicyclerepair.ae. They picked up 5 scooters for repairs, later same day they informed me that one needed a battery and other parts, which was way too expensive. I chose to let them keep that one for parts. They returned the 4 remaining scooters the next day, but within five minutes, one of them broke down. I paid almost 800 dirhams for the service, expecting 4 of them to work properly, but instead, we faced more issues. Same day after delivering 4 scooters 1 broke down, then another one.

When I reached out to explain, they refused to acknowledge the problems. It feels like I wasted my money, as they didn’t provide the service I paid for. I’ve tried to communicate my concerns, but they remain closed-minded. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing—definitely not worth even one star.

Am sad to have to add this review on this company but I hope they get to treat people with respect and not rob people. I called them to come over for pick up my bike which needed fixing but I did not notice it was not the company in my area, they responded very fast and collected my bike. I later went to the shop where I assumed my bike would be but it was not there only to understand that there's another company almost with the same kind of number. I called and asked my bike to be dropped back and this guy was super rude as if he was doing me favor and so unprofessional he even demanded I pay 50aed for transport I told him just bring my bike back no worries I will pay the money we agreed to have the bike dropped off the following day which I was patient but no one brought my bike back and the guy telling me someone called me really! Today I had to call them asking to have it dropped off only for them to bring it at in the evening at their own convenience I would not recommend them at all get some respect along with the money you pay for the service you receive.

I am a repeat customer of this business, and they never disappoint. The team is always friendly and helpful, and their products are outstanding. I’ve recommended them to all my friends and family, and I will continue to get my Lovely bike service ❤️

I gave my rusty and damaged bikes to this company for repair. They fixed them quickly and brought them back to my house. When they brought them back, my old bikes came back as clean as if they had been replaced with new ones. In short, they did a great job. Thanks again.

This shop operates an online home service and I tried to use that over a weekend while getting groceries. Asked them for tyres for a Giant Sedona bike - they installed cheap Sri Lankan tires worth 30 AED and charged 269 AED. When I asked them to remove these and arrange a refund, they refused to own up. Now I've been scammed for Sri Lankan tyres when I could've just gone to the Giant store and paid the same amount of money for original compatible hybrid tyres.

Do not use their home service and be very careful what you buy. Check online first.

B) Our child’s bicycle was as not properly serviced at all. The gear wire had rusted and this was not fixed, or even highlighted/
mentioned to us. Instead returned ‘fully serviced’.

Went to repair my bicycle. Experienced the worst service ever..
no welcoming.. 3 guys working over there said we are not free.. specially Hussein working over there, we asked him at least to inflate our tyre. He said i am not free cant you see. Then he told us you can go another place called home cycle they will help u.. asked to put back our bicycle in the truck he said ask that guy over there he will help u.. am going to a different place now
