Dear Manager and Owner, This is Frances from the incident last time and it seems difficult to reach you. To give you a recap last week, I noticed my money in the bag was not there and I nicely (but of course indeed dying nervous) called them and properly told them of the situation. I clearly stated again and again I AM NOT saying the cleaning ladies took it I CLEARLY said investigate on it because no one goes in and out. I was not even thinking any of the ladies will take it because I have been there customer for 2 years. IMAGINE 2 years! Then this lady who handles their Whatsapp doing the booking got irritated and got rude with sarcasm. I mean hello Imagine me shaking badly and to be treated like that. I called immediately and told them nicely and apologized that the money whereabout was known owning I was at fault and not to make any further investigation. There was no shouting everything was sort out.Today, the scheduled weekly cleaning they will not send any cleaner. It because as per the lady in booking (Whatsapp) NO CLEANER wants to go to my house due to the incident. They only questioned 2 CLEANERS and now out of 20 cleaners this lady is telling me NO ONE wants to come. There was no privacy if that what it is, that so scary and indeed important . As per her their job is cleaning only so I guess being nice with a little customer service is out of line. I wanted to reach out and talk it out but everybody is busy I guess.

I don’t recommend it for anyone to deal with them because , they don’t know how to deal with the clients they talking without respect and I don’t like the attitude of the manager and cleaners when I talk to them in a nice way Also Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the cleaners which they don’t have good enough experience for Cleaning and I discovered that after many times I was ordered from them cleaning service I was trust them in the beginning, but when I start check after them, how is the home if clean or not, I surprised that the cleaners they don’t have experience for Cleaning at all which is the Manager. She told me always that they are trained, but I didn’t see that in my home plus the cleaners they are complaining when I teach them and they don’t like that, I comment about their work and the Manager also she’s not happy if I complain and she told me to train them.

Thankyou Team Paradise My apartment was very well cleaned and they did an amazing job and I was surprised to find it sparkling clean . Very punctual in their work and always on time . Keep up the great work .

The worst cleaning service companies ever ..I don’t recommend anyone to deal with them they have ruined my cloth worth of 2000 burning and changing the color … even the I had to teach their staff how to organize and tide up the beds , hair and dirts were found even after she cleaned the wash room .. one I raised the complaint; the refused to admit it and the next day the supervisor said we will refund you and till now they didn’t and they are simply ignoring my calls and msgs ..the worse ever Offering to re clean and re iron for ruining and damaging clothes worth of 2000! If I damaged your vacuum cleaner; will you be ok if I glued the the damaged parts?! If she was on vacation as you claim why you didn’t reach and reply my msgs and the more than 50 calls !! And she would be online reading and answering my friends but she is oh can’t answer me And don’t accuse me of exaggerating “lining” coz am not the pictures speak out

What can I say both Chang and Darlen are incredibly helpful in making sure the standard of cleaning is the best it can be in the time you have set. I am now a regular customer and grateful for their professionalism and care . If you live in the UAE you will know sand somehow gets everywhere easily. They take care that you home feels like a home ☺️
