Excellent service done by the Team. They are professional & customer handling. We can trust them, only replace that parts if required , never cheat customer. I had my Whirlpool refrigerator for cooling problem. In online I tried many places they asked me 150/- for checking charges and extra for parts also they want to take the device to their workplace. I was totally disappointed due to the bad behavior from them. 3 days we suffered. Later I got the contact for One Touch repairing from my friend. Thanks Mr. Rashid . They came to my home and done the job in few time, it’s was a small issue to change a relay costing 50/- dhs. But others asked me for 150/- to 200/- only for checking . Trustable people for AC , fridge & other home appliance for Family needs. Really recommend. They have service in Ajman & Sharjah , I request to contact for any deal, really trusted 100 %

He repair my Fridge 2 week before and same problem again happen. I was calling him come and check. He told me he don’t have time. This is not way to treat customer.
No proper response..my fridge was not cooling and contacted them,made wait multiple time by saying they will come in one hour,within some time etc.. and finaly i was forced to look other ppl..
Not happy with the work. Technician is avoiding to revisit for the work which he didn’t completed. Overall unsatisfactory
One touch team fix my ac many person came and check all team told me change compressor but Mr Rasheed they fix without change compressor highly recommend!!

Very bad company. They came and fixed my washing machine complaint, but after a month the same problem started again, when I contacted them they said they don't have time to come....they are not coming back because they are convinced that the work they did was not done properly.

Very good service, had my washing machine repaired for dryer issue and they did the work within few hours.. hopefully it lasts as much as they claimed but very satisfied with the service so far.
