Bad experience ever, forcefully he collected 100 aed for a visit, the problem is told mainly was not rectified, instead he convinced me to use it like that
He is wicked. He knows there was not a big problem in my fridge but he named few parts are damage and must need to change. He charged a heavy fee to change it. When we made commitment he brought 2 small parts and replaced it. I told him why you charge so much for this small parts. Anyhow he left and after 2 days the cooling was not there as we did not notice it. When I asked him back to come he said there will be new charges and if new parts are needed should be replaced. Not recommended. Not honest at all.
They just made my fridge worst, charge and left. The worst experience I ever had and this is coming from someone who has never made a bad review
this company has brought me nothing but trouble and headaches. terrible service and rude people who ruin more than they fix. i had to call them back to my house over 20 times for simple a/c fixes which they claim they are specialists for. super unhealthy conditions created for my young children as well. and on top of everything, they did not take back the ac units as per the agreement and warranty. their manager Usman is especially rude and incompetent. Do NOT recommend using them
This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have had from a repair company! The repair person (Ahmad Ali) was specifically asked to check for a refrigerant leak but failed to do so. Before paying for his services, I had him sign an agreement that in case my fridge stops working, he will take responsibility and will make amends to fix a recurring issue (refrigerant leakage) without the extra charge. Unfortunately, after numerous pleads to come fix the issue, he and his manager have REFUSED TO HONOR this agreement! I have therefore been forced to report this to Al Barsha Police Station in Dubai. This is a SHAM of a professional company. DO NOT give them any business!
