He is truly professional in his work and knows exactly what to do, even before you say it. He always has a solution or suggestion ready for every question you may have. Despite his hectic schedule, he's very responsive and accommodating. Having car issues is already a stressful situation for me, but he made the entire process feel so much lighter. He explained everything about the insurance process with confidence—something that usually gives me a headache—and it made me trust him fully. I just let him do his thing while I sat back, relaxed, and waited for the results. I even went on a short holiday during the repair, confident that everything would be handled—and true enough, even before I got back to Dubai, my car was already finished, looking brand new. That’s all thanks to his dedication and professionalism. You can really tell he loves what he does. Kudos, Mr. Michael Ebuen!
I gave My Car Nissan Sentra for Tinkering work on 19th March 2025, and they completed their work on time as promised by them. I specially like to thank Mr. Michael Francis P for his support and timely response. He updated me about the status of the work whenever I asked him in What's up messages without any hesitation. Mr. Machael response over the phone also very good. His support was great which made me so comfortable when my Car was at Nissan workshop for bodywork.
I recently had a minor accident and took my car to Nissan Aweer Body Shop for repairs. I was highly impressed with their fast and efficient service. The entire process was smooth, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Service Advisor Mr. Ashraf, who was professional, knowledgeable, and ensured everything was handled with great care. His customer service was outstanding, keeping me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend Nissan Aweer Body Shop for anyone looking for reliable and quick car repairs. If I could give 0 stars I would give it. Worst repair shop in the UAE. With my insurance I have 5% copayment for spare parts. When I brought my car for repair after I got hit and driver run away they just called me saying they dont know how much spare parts will cost. So basically I need to drop the car and after repairs get the price. Aren’t we supposed to know in advance? Dont ever bring your car here. Stuff is kind but agency is not professional at all.
Real scam! They can surprise you with any amount. They dont want to show what they quoted to insurance. Avoid them
Most convenient service center I have ever experienced. Specially Mr. Ashraf is the one who has been cooperative and helpful throughout the process of collection, repairs and delivery. The work done on the car is also exceptional. This is highly recommended and please do look for Mr. Ashraf for keeping you relaxed during this process.
The car itself might be great, but dealing with Arabian Automobiles is an absolute nightmare. Their service is utterly abysmal—once the sale is done, you’re left completely stranded. Scheduling an appointment? Impossible. Need help from customer care? Non-existent. This dealership is a stain on Nissan’s reputation and a glaring example of how a poor local partner can ruin a global brand. Avoid this dealership like the plague until Nissan replaces them with a competent partner who actually understands the basics of customer service.
This branch is absolutely pathetic, there is no one who calls back or gives any feedback for your repairs status, after paying bizarre about to the unit, the car which comes back after 10days staying in the workshop is completely spoiled seat covers which was leather, those guys working on vehicle sits inside without any cover and the leather seat now looks all blue from its original colour grey. There is no one here taking responsibility for your vehicle, besides, I get a msg at 10am that my vehicle is ready, I arrive the workshop at 11am sharp n still the car is now washed, the handover of the car happens at 12.32pm with this disasters condition of interiors and the representative claims it was the same condition when it came which is wrong, I also shows the picture of car where he is claiming I m lying where the pictures are with date n time. After 15 mins more to this the executive comes n informs that the mere seat cleaning which at petrol pumps are done In 30 seconds will take more time as now the workers are going for lunch. Absolutely pathetic unacceptable behaviour from these guys. Ridiculous behaviour and very unprofessional. Please avoid using their services they are poor in professionalism and very unfair and liers.
This branch is absolutely unacceptable and represents the worst service I’ve ever encountered. It’s clear that this place only caters to new cars needing accident repairs, but even then, the staff’s attitude and service are appalling. Every time I visit, I am forced to wait excessively, not because of a busy schedule, but because the staff are blatantly wasting time, chatting, and doing nothing productive.
During my last visit, I arrived at the exact opening time, expecting efficiency, only to find that the staff were late themselves! To make matters worse, the manager wasn’t even present. It’s disgraceful that such behavior is allowed under the Nissan brand, especially when their Deira center offers an excellent standard of service. This branch, however, operates like a joke.
What’s more insulting is that this is the only option for accident repairs for Nissan and Infiniti vehicles, leaving customers like me stuck with this pathetic excuse for a service center. If you’re considering buying a Nissan or Infiniti, think twice and be ready to deal with some of the worst after-sales service imaginable. Nissan seriously needs to address this branch’s performance before it tarnishes their reputation further.
Very bad experience. We kept waiting for an hour and nobody attended as they were on lunch.
Recommendation: if you are unable to handle customer during the lunch time then pls let the customer know, so they avoid reaching to you during those hours.
Poor service I must say
You have to update the token machine at the waiting area or have another one present also when the first one isn’t working. Had to wait for half an hour and issued a “G” token when all that the screen showed was “D” token numbers. Had to go and ask a gentleman, Mr. Ashraf, at the first desk to help as the “G” token wasn’t called. He was kind enough to accommodate me. Thank you Mr Ashraf in respectfully seeing my case and taking the time to see it through the end. Finally when he was attending, that’s when the token system was rebooted and it started to call.
