Good, honest mechanics! especially to Michelle & John for taking care my car.They always get me in quickly, the prices are great, and the waiting area is really nice and comfy with good coffee. Definitely the nicest auto shop I’ve ever been to. didn't charge me any extra fees and got it done on time. Very happy with the experience.

I chose this garage since the rating is high

I would give Nippon Auto Repair Shop a zero-star rating if Google allowed it. My experience with their team was extremely unprofessional. I initially visited for insurance claims and requested a quotation for additional bodywork. We agreed on a price, and I made it clear that I would drop off the car only if I didn’t need it for work.

However, when I returned after a week, I was shocked to find that they had increased the agreed-upon price significantly. After driving over 100 kilometers to drop off my car, I encountered another staff member who raised the price to an outrageous amount. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I absolutely do not recommend this shop for anyone seeking reliable service. Customer respect and transparency are clearly lacking here.

The materials that are being repaired by the service nippon service center are of a poor quality, they did not replace the side light and kept the buyer and back lights. iam not sure how much insurance paid to them and the arabic gy supervisor too much attitude.only i like the saji he is too humbel and helpful.

These people are thieves they took my perfume and lot of things was in the car when i kept it for maintenance and then i asked for these things no response from there side

Worst mechanic ever

Came to fix my car after an accident as it has the highest rating

They said they changed the AC condenser and the radiator and they checked that there is no leakage from water radiator whatsoever (thats me seeing it dripping and they replied that this is over flow)

Here I am after a month going to another mechanic and surprisingly i am changing the AC compressor and the condenser and fixing the leakage in the radiator

I do not recommend this garage at all they have a high rating from just the show
