Does not meet expectaion, what they post on social media
Hi I'm from al ain city in UAE. I ordered a tab for my daughter for school work. When I ordered new touch company gave me the warranty as well. So after few days the tab had some hardware issues and it was not working properly. So i contact to new touch services company and they told me to sent the videos of the problem. After analysis the problem they sent me replacement tab (new) and took ta faulty tab with in a 1 day after my complaint. The owner of the company is a man of his words he promised me that he will exchange and he stand on his words.so i highly recommend to everyone to purchase products from this company.its a trustable company. They will not acknowledge your presence. Only busy doing their stuff. You have to call again and again for assistance to know about products. Overall was a bad experience.
Very bad experience wasted my time also. Gone in shop by 11.25pm, already informed by message about am coming and selected two models which confirmed by staff over what’s app earlier that it’s ready. Once I being there nothing was ready, they started installing windows from 11.35 made me wait until 11.58 pm then gave laptop to check- in between 12 am staff pushing me in pressure to make it fast for even 7-8 times within 2 minutes. Didn’t do business only because of that staff.
