DISGUSTING experience! Attached are some pictures of what they consider NORMAL cleaning for an empty apartment. One person alone without even a ladder who could not reach higher places. Same cloth used for everything. Smelly mop used to wet the floor, not clean it. On top of it rude interaction on the phone where none would take accountability and just keep on being rude, dismissive and extremely unprofessional. A big disgrace.

I wanted to take a moment to appreciate the outstanding work of your staff member, Jeziel. She was my maid today, and I was truly impressed by her dedication, speed, and attention to detail. She cleaned my home spotlessly and showed great professionalism. Having such a hardworking and efficient staff member is a great asset to your company. I am extremely satisfied with her service and would love to have her assistance again in the future. Thank you for providing such excellent service!

I would give zero stars If I could. We have used this company on and off for some time now. To say Jonah's coordination is beyond awful is an understatement. My bookings are ALWAYS cancelled last min- the maids are either "sick" or "absent" or having "marital issues" or have travelled on "vacations" never to return- all lies. It is ABHORRENT how this business is being managed by a very dim witted person who clearly seems to not carry a cleaning schedule for the workers and therefore unable to manage. I clearly stated I want a fixed maid so I am not having to re-explain and on certain fixed days- end result- DISASTER- so I reverted to booking on a as on need basis and STILL constant cancellations/rescheduling. lack of professionalism and utterly despicable handling of customers- this person needs to be terminated ASAP.

Iam not happy to suggest this company they when we are booking they not inform to us what there doing what is the timing I booked 4 hrs cleaning so they send 2 people also and they are very urgently cleaning then I asked to the staff they said its 2 people coming 2 hrs only doing the cleaning like that only so they are not cleaning properly to the work

New Blossom Cleaning Services did an amazing job! The team was professional and thorough, leaving my space spotless. I especially want to highlight Malik, who was incredibly cooperative and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of cleaning!

We are extremely happy with Shayka, who cleans for us 6 days for a week. She does a great job. She is friendly, professional and very good at her job. She is very easy to communicate with, and is a huge help to me and my family. We have two cats and Shakya is very good with them. On the days where there isn't a lot of cleaning to do, Shakya always looks for other jobs she can do. She uses her initiative which I appreciate. I suffered with another company for several months, before making the switch to New Blossom. I wish I'd made the change sooner.

We had a good start with New Blossom however, the commitment from Jonah who is managing the scheduling is very bad, several times we request for new appointments and after receiving confirmations it will be canceled on last minute, also we came to know that they cancel our appointments with excuse that the lady is absent while she is being sent to another customers. Unfortunately no commitment and cannot depend on them. There are better cleaning services with better customer handling and commitment.

Communication is awful, and management ignores complaints, leaving clients to deal with constant disorganization. If you’re looking for a dependable cleaning service, avoid this one at all costs.
