I have used Dream Home Service for the past 3.5 years and I am very satisfied with the result. They have helped me clean our sofa, carpets and even an office chair that all needed a deeper cleaning. We are a household with 2 dogs and 3 children, so I am happy that I have found a reliable cleaning company with reasonable prices that always comes at short notice and as promised. I’m a new client of Dream Home Cleaning who came highly recommended from an expat group - unbelievable service, quality and expertise. I am so impressed. They use non-toxic cleaning products and arrived in less than 24 hours. My bench looks brand new. I would not hesitate to book their services again.
My wife had dream home cleaning to freshen up our stroller after we had our new baby and I was disappointed with quality of work - there was still crumbs visible and stains after the work was done. The service was overpriced ( 450 aed ). When my wife called the owner he was rude and dismissive. Her main complaint was that 3 men arrived to do one stroller with one of the men (no uniform or ID) letting himself into the apartment after the other two had arrived which frightened her. They also agreed to do the stroller, an additional seat and bassinet for 450 via what’s app the previous day. When the men arrived they started to dispute this and said that it would be extra for the second seat and bassinet. The owner rang to say he had forgotten to say the bassinet would be extra and became loud and belligerent when my wife complained about the mis quote and the intimidating amount of men in the house for what should have been a small job. She also complained about the man who let himself in after the team had been let in. In the end she said forget the extra seats and just wanted them gone out of the apartment asap. Wouldn’t hire again after a very negative experience.

Really awful customer service.
Cleaned my couches and left several marks, I complained about the marks and was told to fix it myself. I had to threaten them to get them to return and was then lectured for 40 minutes about how to complain properly. In the end I again had to threaten them with security to get them to leave.
Will NEVER use again.
They came to clean my oven, the team were nice but after they left I had no running water. I asked if they did anything and if they could come back to check, the owner called me shouting and using aggressive language then hung up.
It escalated in a matter of seconds and was really upsetting and intimidating for me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, the customer service is terrible.
UPDATE: they blocked me on whatsapp after this comment, honestly their cleaning services might be good but the customer service or management is just poor quality.
Basically i asked how much to clean a couch, they replied with a quotation for carpet and couch.
I told them the carpet is almost as how much i paid for it..
the reply “ got it, cheap carpet “ and took 30 aed off
