Amazing service. A lot of kudos to the entire team at Marina Mall Minutes. I came to repair a handle of my bag. It was done very quickly and efficiently.
I brought a key. At first they told me it will take 25 minutes as they need to polish the key - this sounded weird already. Then extended to another 25 minutes, then again. Overall I spent an hour there. The bottom line is that the machine simply didn’t work and they tried numerous times making the key with broken machine while lying to my face that they’re working on it. I took the key and left - the chances that a key that was made on a broken machine are close to zero.
I got very quick and satisfied work done from minute. He fixed my belt while waiting it’s icy a very fast revive in UAE ever seen . Good team pro Mr. Atique and Romlyn very kind highly recommended
Majid was a great help because I was nearly frustrated that my Wi-Fi didn’t work really so he solved it within three minutes and besides that he also assisted me to get more knowledge how to use my phone 😂 thanks a lot. I can recommend him to everyone.

No proper pricing is offered in advance. Very fraudulent approach. They have sent my shoes to the workshop, which came back to me with 50 AED price for 2 stitches on the laces.

Subject: Complaint regarding rude staff and improper handling of my bag
Dear Minutes,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service provided by one of your staff members at the Mall of the Emirates branch, specifically Annie. I encountered a highly unpleasant experience with her while I was seeking assistance to get my bag stitched.
Not only was Annie rude in her demeanor, but she also displayed a lack of professionalism during the entire interaction. As I attempted to explain my requirements for the bag's repair, she seemed visibly irritated and demonstrated discourteous body language. As a customer, I believe I have the right to explain my needs without having to endure such behavior. It would have been more appropriate and welcoming if she had shown a friendlier and more accommodating attitude.
Furthermore, upon issuing the invoice, I noticed that the details regarding the bag were inaccurately recorded. While there is indeed a small black dot on the bag, Annie's description of "lining is damaged" is misleading and unacceptable. I acknowledge a minor scratch on the lining, but I strongly object to the assertion that the entire lining is damaged. This discrepancy compelled me to return to the store and discuss the matter with the manager, Kareem , unfortunately, I did not obtain.
During my conversation with the manager, I expressed my disappointment and highlighted the rudeness exhibited by your staff member. I also presented my receipt as evidence of the transaction. Regrettably, the manager did not offer any apologies or reassurances regarding the inappropriate behavior of Annie. I found this lack of accountability deeply concerning and felt the need to bring this matter to the attention of higher management.
It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessional conduct from your staff, especially considering the reputation of your establishment. As a loyal customer, I had always held Minutes in high regard for its quality service and attention to detail. However, this recent experience has certainly tarnished my perception of the brand.
I kindly request that appropriate action is taken to rectify this matter and ensure that incidents like these are not repeated in the future. I also urge you to instill a culture of customer-centricity and sensitivity among your staff members, emphasizing the importance of respectful and thoughtful communication with customers.
I believe in the value of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns will be addressed promptly. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to address this issue.

They charge a bomb even for a small repair. Extremely expensive, I got the same thing repaired in Bur Dubai for less than half the price. Don't recommend them
Very bad customer service, please stay away if you want your make a key, they don’t have the capability to fix keys and when you are going back to them they promise to come to your door and help. The key did not work a second time and when I called them they refuse to come to the door and help with the key. I would not recommend them in any way, shape or form. Stay away because of very incapable se
