Bought a perfect condition LG Gram i7 15". Condition almost as new, only 9 cycles on battery. Very light laptop, only 1.0kg, perfect for my needs, extremely long battery life 12+ hours on light loads. Very attentive and friendly shop staff. Gave additional discount which made it a killer deal given the specs and condition of the laptop. Highly recommended! 👍🙂

Hahaha , i am shocked to see reviews i think all positive reviews and 5 star g8ven by thiere own peoples but honestly there is nothing postive , selling repaired, refurbish faulty item which works only few days after that nobody is responsible total disappointment

I did a fair amount of research online, trying to reduce the risk of purchasing a used laptop. I was looking for both a good deal, and a reputable store. I stumbled across MD Rayhan and the previous customers' reviews were excellent. It's a nondescript place, and very small. Doesn't look like much. But don't be fooled. The owner is friendly, informative, and very helpful. More importantly, they know their business, are extremely competent, are not the least bit pushy, didn't try to upsell me, and gave me an an excellent deal. 💥💥💥 They even went above and beyond all expectations by helping me set up the new computer and transfer my vital information. Can't tell you how much I appreciated that last bit. 🙏🏽 I just purchased it, but the computer looks great and runs great. A steal of a deal. 🥳🥳🥳 I can't recommend them more highly.

I just brought a laptop from here. And I have to say, the service is absolutely amazing. It’s simple and convenient. The shop also bring three laptop I like , in front of my house, so I can test all of. Reply to my message really fast. Answer all my questions. Man, and the price is a deal. Highly recommend.

Not good client service at all.. No response if you ask something.. , I don't recommend buying here..

Please avoid buying used laptop from this fellow. He do not have any business ethics. He sold us a laptop for 2500 dhs by promising that he will replace or repair with in 3 months. But when the laptop motherboard crashed within few days he taken is handoff. It is kind of cheating us. He is not a man to trust. We are getting in to legal now.

The service was amazing during and after sale, I bought a xps laptop, it delivered in the same days, 2 hous after, it was in a good condition, I had some issues with the battery, Mr. Rayhan supported me for retesting the battery and it has been replaced at the shop on their expense, all the staff were very friendly and very professional, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a second hand laptop. They are very professional

they are fraud ... they give you false warranty after that they will misbehave with you
